That makes me so hungry. Port "jelly" on that would be divine. That tip with the grease proof-paper under the dish in the bain marie is excellent, definately going to use it. Tin on tin is almost direct heat which i was wondering about when I made a pannetone bread and butter, seemed ok but will be better with that layer for sure.

Sadly no time in this single life to cook everything i would love to learn to cook , climb every mountain I would love to climb nor ride all the good horses I would love to ride.
