As someone with celiac disease, I greatly miss McDonald's nuggets, so having a general guideline for a homemade version is awesome because I can use a 1:1 flour replacement and feast on some good ol' childhood food. Plus it's been so long since I've had the real nuggets that I'm not going to notice different flavours
I feel 2 things watching this: 1. I finally got to sit at the cool kids table 2. Burn dawg and Antonio are industry plants these guys are way too smooth and good at this.
Honestly the homemade one probably tastes better since it's made of the parts of the chicken you would normally eat anyway. Chicken nuggets are made of whatever's left on the skeleton after the "main" bits are removed
i like how he remains fair and honest when comparing. if this was joshua wiseman he would make stiff and skinny donuts that looks like they've been violated, yet say they're way better than Krispy Kreme 🙄
