I made this a few days ago. Let me just say I was a chef in my child's eyes that day!!! I gave some to a neighbor and I got so many compliments. It was so flavorful. I was shocked at how easy it truly was. I can't wait to try more of your recipes. All I need to do is invest in some really good pots and pans once I go back to work, and I will be trying everything you post. Thank you so much. I'm so glad I saw you on Cooking and Grilling with AB's channel. God Bless you!!
I’ve got to say, I’ve followed you for a few months and have made several of your recipes- each being an absolute hit at my table. I just want to take this opportunity to thank you for adding your culinary skills to my home and giving my family something to wow about! You’re the best man! 👍🏼👍🏼

Made this for dinner tonight. That rice is the truth! I've been following a ketogenic diet for the past 3 months, but I couldn't resist. Worth breaking my regime. Absolutely delicious. Thanks!
I’ve tried this recipe before and we loved it. I needed to do something quick tonight and didn’t feel like going to the grocery store and this is such an easy meal and delicious. Glad I pulled it back up to make tonight.

Im the biggest lover of all things rice. I LOVE rice. When I tell you this rice recipe is the best rice I've tasted. Literally in my whole 34 years on earth. That wine did something extra special to make it taste so good. Love your recipes..
I made this for my family for dinner tonight. They both loved it. It came out great. My husband like how the rice was dinner than just the usual white rice or Hispanic rice. Thank you for this 🙌🏽
I was looking at like one of your previous videos from a year ago and noticed you didn’t include a meal prep part, and I just want to say THANK YOU for creating the meal prep part for many of your videos! It really helps especially for noobs like me haha. I’ve never had the need to cook because I’ve been on the go for so long but it’s finally time, so your videos are super short and sweet but also inclusive of important details we need to know when prepping! Great videos and advice! Literally awesome script. Subscribed!
You are the MrMakeItHappen chef. That is deliciously done. You make it easy- because it is. Trying that recipe TONIGHT! Thank you very much for sharing.
Thank you for this fantastic recipe. I made this tonight following every step, exact the wine, and it was AWESOME! Family approved and definitely adding to rotation.

Giant one pot meal! Started in the frying pan but had to transfer to a large pot. Ordered a 12" stainless steal, but using a shallow Teflon, until it arrives, seems like a good recipe though, mine still has about 15 min to go. Thank you Sir!
The quality of the recipe is excellent and easy to understand and very detailed so that everyone can participate it in the kitchen well explained and well prepared looks absolutely very tasty and delicious. 🤝stay connected ❤🙂👌
You’ve Got ANew Subscriber! I love how simple this video was, how to the point great directions! Looks delicious! I’ve been trying to figure out what to do with some legquaters.😊🤤
I made this for my husband tonight. He said he'd seen it online before and would like to have it tonight. After I had done most of the prep work, I called him up and said, this is what your quick one-pot recipe looks like before I even start cooking. He said, "the video is only 7 minutes long." I thought that was all it would take. Even with a sous chef that wouldn't have happened. I did all the prep work and the cooking on my own. From start to finish about 1 1/4 hours. Not a Saturday night meal. And only a week night meal if you manage to do the prep ahead of time. I'd also suggest specifications on the size of chicken thighs to use. He had purchased rather large ones and I had to remove them from the pan and put them in the air fryer so they were thoroughly cooked. I am not criticizing believe me ~ just saying that "Easy One Pot" doesn't translate to quick. Take care and thank you.
Bro I just made this dish. I usually make a chicken and rice dish with some cream of mushroom and cream I’d chicken soup and it goes in the oven. But, this dish is way better and quick the flavor is incredible. Thanks for the vid. Keep ‘em comin
As someone with limited means and some questionable chicken on the way out the thought to sear the chicken then simmer it may have just saved this week’s meal prep 👍
Thanks for this quick recipe. I needed something simple after trying to come off of holiday mode. Looking for more high flavor quick recipes as well as low calorie/low carb. If you have any vegan recipes I’d love to see a couple.
I love chicken and rice, and rice and chicken! Thank you for this recipe. I love your channel. Your swag is awesome and so are your recipes. I have made the Chicken Marsala a few times. I will try this tonight.
Okay, so I’m addicted. 🤦🏽♀️ this is soooo flavorful. The only thing is I had to cut back on the salt content. But babyyyy! 🔥 you done made me a chef up in here!
That looks soooo good!!! A recipe I would LOVE for you to make is one that I have tried to make 3 times; and have failed. When I was in college (mid 90s) i worked at this banquet hall. And the chef would make this apple almond stuffed chicken; rice pilaf and glazed carrots. I got the rice and carrots down; but the chicken…not so much! It was a flattened chicken breast filled with apple pie and almond filling; I know it was shaped into a ball (like stuffed chicken breast) and dredged in egg wash and coated in cornflakes. Then cooked. Part of me wants to say it was fried first then baked; but I’m not sure. I’ve tried both frying and baking…and FAILED. As it falls apart; or the cornflakes are to soggy. It also had a gravy that you would put on top of the chicken once it was done. I don’t know if you could recreate this recipe or not; I want to do it for my hubby for Valentine’s Day; as I’ve talked about it ALOT! Thanks in advance!!
Awesome dish Matt, making this happen this weekend, I’ve tried the one in the Oven & this is the best one I’ve seen, also do you know when your seasoning will be back in stock? I want to get both seasonings at the same time, Between the cookbook and your season I’m not in a win-win situation 😂😂😂
Love channels where you can just go to the description box and get the recipe or at least the ingredient list instead of having to traipse over to a website to get it. ♥️
1. Brown chicken and remove 2. Saute veggies adding garlic last 3. Toast rice 4. Deglaze 5. Add chicken broth 6. Allow to simmer for a minute 7. Add chicken back 8. Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes
Looks like another winner that I'll be cooking the fam for dinner!! I received my AP seasonings and I can say that I will be placing another order to keep by the grill as well.
