2 cups cooked white rice
2-3 tbsps low sodium soy sauce
1-2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1-2 tbsps hoison sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1-2 diced jalapenos
1/2 diced onion
3-4 sprigs green onion
1 lb thin sliced chicken breast
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
2 eggs
Garnish: sesame seeds, shaved carrot, bean sprouts, green onion
