INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
For The Chicken:
1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
½ cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp minced ginger
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
For The Sauce:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 large onion, finely diced
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp cayenne pepper, more or less to taste
14 oz tomato puree
¾ cup water
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp cilantro, freshly chopped
