OK, maybe they're not "technically" eggrolls, but hey, I didn't name them. Here is what I do know, they're GOOD! SO GOOD! Crispy flour tortillas with a chicken black bean, corn, spinach and Jack cheese filling and served with an Avocado Ranch Dip, C'MON! I love that you make real copycat versions of recipes. I can't stand looking for a copycat recipe and finding one vid after another that claims to be just that, and yet, they turn out to be clickbait for vids that are essentially the vid maker's VERSION of the recipe, not a copycat version.

Loved this recipe. For a recipe suggestion, can you recreate Mimi’s Cafe carrot cake loaf? Not the carrot cake madeleines they switched to but the original loaf style. I find the loaf more moist. Thank you so much.

I love these . you are the first person I ever saw make them besides me. the taco seasoning already has cumin and chili powder in it so that all I use. and I've made them with shrimp and steak also.. they are just fantastic comfort style food.. my BF insists on a red hot sauce and the Avocado ranch so I have to make both . lol.. great job on this recipe..

You can fry them in a stock pot or wok with about 2 inches of oil. 💕

I haven't but just be careful if you do, when adding the frozen into oil. 🙏

Why the toothpicks? If you warmed them to make pliable no need for them. Then seal with water. Also use a 8-10” tort makes for the perfect vessel for the recreation. Kudos for the filling. Also, if you egg wash them, you can air fry them for the perfect browning and crunch

@@RestaurantRecipeRecreations I know right 😂 When I baked stuffed Chicken breasts and used toothpicks, there were a few that escaped me. While eating I told everyone to be cautious of them. I found one and our older son found one. He said I will give 10 outta 10 next time when there are no toothpicks 🤣 I make sure toothpicks don't go to the table since 😂

This is so incorrect it's crazy. I made enough of these for multiple meals, for multiple people, for MULTIPLE days all for under $30 Chicken breast was like 4.×× Tortillas 2.×× but I splurged on the extra large Green onions 2.×× Red peppers .69 5 lb bag cheese 6.×× Can of black beans 1.19 Can of corn .89 Fresh organic baby spinach 3.40 Chik fil A avocado lime ranch 4.48 Stop being a hater. I made a ton of them for UNDER $30
