CLARITY:
Palo Santo infused vodka - 10 ml
You favorite gin - 10 ml
You favorite white rum - 30 ml
Lactic-Ascorbic acid soluton - 25 ml
Simple sugar syrup - 15 ml
Garnish with jelly tablet made of apple juice and agar-agar.

probably with hot infusion below 65 celsius since alcohol boils at 78,3 celsius or maybe with the use of Sous-vide where you can't loose any alcohol
