French toast is the easiest fancy breakfast you can make! It’s perfect for breakfast or brunch especially on a lazy weekend morning. My favorite recipe is easy and will be your go-to in no minute. It’s soft and fluffy on the inside but perfectly golden and crisp on the outside.
CLASSIC FRENCH TOAST
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp White Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt
- 5 slices 3/4-1inch thick bread (I used Brioche. Brioche is my favorite but you can also use Challah, white sandwich bread or sourdough)
- Sprinkle sugar on top
- butter
- maple syrup
