The classic wine foam sauce Sabayon. (but here Im making with `Oscar.697 Rosso Vermouth`) is actually a fine dessert on its own. It tastes even better with finger biscuits and pomegranate , there is nothing hard or fancy about making sabayon at home. this easy gourmet dessert only requires 3 ingredients. egg yolks, sugar and Oscar.697 Rosso Vermouth .
or you can use sweet white wine.
04- Egg Yolks
170g- Sugar
160ml- Oscar.697 Rosso Vermouth Or ( Sweet Wine )
