I will show you how to make clotted cream in 15 minutes, easier than you think. In reality, clotted cream is made by baking it in an oven at 85 degrees for about 12 hours, now that electricity bills are high, you can't have that luxury. So I will introduce how to make clotted cream using a microwave oven. Finally, I will share British cream tea etiquette.
I'm Sakura, Japanese from England. I baked scones during my stay in Japan, but I couldn't find clotted cream at a nearby supermarket, so I used whipped cream to eat them. but it was not good enough. This is how you can make cream tea using clotted cream anywhere you are.

クロテッドクリームの作り方アップありがとうございます♪ 動画内で脂肪分45%以下のクリームには溶かしたバターを入れて作ると濃厚になると書いてあったのですが、おおよそのバターの分量はお分かりでしょうか😢 使う予定なのは脂肪分43%の物です

こんにちは、バター脂肪はだいたい80-85% あると思います。 例えばバターの脂肪分が83%で400gの43%のクリームを使った場合 400x43%=172gの脂肪分 30gのバターを使った場合 30gx83%=24.9gの脂肪分  クリームとバターの脂肪分を足すと172g+24.9=196.9gの脂肪分ですので 196.9g/(400+30)=45.79%の脂肪分になります 試してみてください 結果どうなったかお知らせくださいね

How much butter to add ? Do I melt it and stir it with the cream?

Thank you for your question. I did not add any butter for my cream, because the fat content was over 40%. If your cream is less than 40% fat, then add softened butter according to the fat content to make upto 40%.
