How to make coffee latte art in Photoshop using a free PSD Mockup.
Want to transform an image or photo into a coffee latte art design? Easy, download the free coffee latte art Photoshop mockup from PhotoshopSupply.com and place your image in it according to the instructions.
This tutorial has 3 easy steps:
STEP 1
(01:20) We will download and open up the free Photoshop mockup. Because the mockup works for creating latte art both for logo/text and for images, we need to prepare it for the image.
(02:43) Disable the layer for logos and enable the layer for the image.
STEP 2
We place our photo in the mockup and create the latte art with the photo in the coffee cup.
(03:16) Open up the smart object where to place our image
(03:53) Copy/paste the image inside the coffee latte mockup smart object.
(04:21) Activate the coffee colors gradient map.
(04:39) Balance the color tones between milky white and coffee brown using Image - Adjustments - Levels.
(05:15) Close and save the smart object
(05:52) Add a layer mask to adjust the edges of the photo that is now transformed into a latte art design.
STEP 3
We customize the mockup result. We can move the coffee cup, resize it or change the wood background.
(07:11) Move the coffee cup around the image
(07:24) Resize the coffe cup.
(07:50) Change the wood background with another wood texture.

Sure, I'm here to help. Have you tried following the steps in the tutorial? Look at 03:15 Open the smart object by double clicking the smart object layer, then bring your image into the document.
