I used a short length of 1/2" copper pipe, hammered flat and traced out two circle roughly 1 inch in diameter. I stamped "Gary" and "124 Conch St." onto the tags, though stamping in a phone number would be just as easy. Using a length of electrical tape is very helpful to keep alignment. I cut out the tags with sheet metal snips, filed the edges smooth and gave them a light sanding. I used a sharpie to fill in the stamped letters and sanded off the excess.
