**RECIPE**
1 litre milk (full fat)
500 ml natural yogurt (full fat)
Boil the milk in a saucepan.
Stir the yogurt into the hot milk. Heat until the milk separate into curds and whey.
Line a sieve with butter muslin and drain the cottage cheese.
**RECEPTAS**
1 litras pieno (riebaus)
500 ml natūralaus jogurto (riebaus)
Pieną užvirkite.
Supilkite jogurtą, dar truputį pakaitinkite, kol pieną sutrauks.
Varškę nukoškite.
