i just try this recipe and its very good, thanks chef, but i have bit of suggestion use lesser magic sarap because the mushroom will give the natural omami taste but other than that, overall its fantastic.

Why naglagay pa ng magic sarap..beef is flavourful na,i rather not used magic sarap para malasahan ko yung natural taste ofnthe meat.plus yung mushroom.labsak na malamang..nilalagay lang yan pag paluto na since malambot na sira na ang mushroom..khit sana saute na lng muna sa butter ang mushroom then set aside..not impressed.tpos titanic pa yung sauce.kala ko sabaw.
