✤ Ingredients
・ 400g Chicken Tenderloin
・ 1 tsp Salt
・ 1/2 tspBlack Pepper
・ 1 tsp Grated garlic
・ 1 tsp Soy sauce
・ 60ml(1/4cup) Milk
・120g (1cup)All-purpose flour
・ 60g(1/2cup) Corn starch
・ 1/2 tsp Salt
・ 1 tsp Paprika powder
✤ Souce
・ 2 tbsp Ketchup
・ 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
・ 1 tsp Honey
・ 2 pinch Black Pepper
・ Water, appropriate amount
・ Frying oil, appropriate amount
✤ Oil temperature 170 ℃ ～ 180 ℃
・ Even if you add your favorite sauce or dip. It is delicious as it is.
