Hi, love it, I'm in USA, Rhode Island to be exact famous for "Italian" fried calamari, we also use salt and milk (1gal milk, 1/2 cup sea salt) to make tender, served with banana peppers rings, or cherry pepper rings and their vinegars on top, I mix both, and a side of marinara. Made over 2500 orders a year for more than 30 yrs, glad to see calamari fried right👍, tyvm tc

I tried a lot of different recipes and I really consider myself a great cook but omg this is the perfect one, they never came out better than this! Crispy but soft on the inside, definitely recommend!!!
