How to make crispy oven potatoes  

From a brit if the potato isn’t golden brown all the way round it’s not crispy, if the skin dosent make a cracking sound to unveil the fluffy potato I have failed and I feel like shit when I don’t get it perfect. My Sundays after work are just basically trying to perfect my Sunday roasties.
