Ingredients:
One 28oz Can of Pre-cooked Black Beans about 820 grams.
1 Medium Sized Onion Finely Chopped
4 Garlic Cloves Crushed
1 Green Bell Pepper Finely Chopped
1 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste
1 Tablespoon of White Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of White Sugar
1 Cup of Water
Olive Oil
1 Bay leaf
Fresh Cilantro Finely Chopped to your tasting.
Optional: Lemon or Lime for Decor and added Flavor.
Seasonings: Salt, Black Pepper, Cumin Powder, Paprika.
Black Beans Total Cook Time: 30min on a Low Heat.
