This time, I decided to make a cream donut because I wanted to make a snack for my daughters who came back from school.
It was a happy time with a generous amount of custard cream in a freshly fluffy dough.
Every time I make mistakes, I'm always nervous about recording videos.
I'm still not good at editing, but please have a look if you like. Also, I would be grateful if you could comment on advice and impressions ❣️

✤ Custard cream
・ 300 ml Milk
・ 60g sugar
・ 3 Egg yolk
・ 25g Cornstarch
・ 1/3 Vanilla beans (Vanilla extract)
✤ Dough
・ 350g All Purpose flour(200g Bread flour,150g cake flour)
・ 160 ml Milk
・ 50g Sugar
・ 5g Instant dry yeast
・ 1 egg
・ 6g Salt (1 tsp)
・ 40g Room temperature unsalted butter
・sugar
✤ Oil temperature 170 ℃(338℉)
・ Fermentation time is a guide.
・ Custard cream will be even more delicious if left overnight, so it is recommended to make it the day before.
