Ingredients:
Wings
Cooking oil for frying ( vegetable or canola )
To make the Bbq sauce :
these measurements are not EXACT, but please start with this as a base and adjust each to your liking
2 cups ketchup
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbs garlic powder
2 tbs onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbs liquid smoke
2 tbs worcesthire sauce
Alabama White BBQ sauce:
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream ( I don't really care for mayo so this helps cut the taste .. and it will make it delicious)
2 tbs apple cider vinegar
1 tbs dijon mustard
3 tbs fresh lemon juice ( the juice of 1-2 lemons
2 tsp black pepper
onion powder to taste
garlic powder to taste ( about 1 tbs)
seasoning salt to taste
1-2 tbs sugar or honey
