When she started talking about the candy out the purse with stuff on it and tasting like perfume I literally spit out my drink. My mama was a smoker and I used to pull gum out of her purse and there would be bits of tobacco stuck to it!!! 🤣😂
YAAS! My momma used to chew half sticks of gum & put the other half in her purse. I couldn't understand why she didn't chew the while thang. She just wanted a lil taste. You know it was Juicy Fruit, rite! When she passed and I finally got around to cleaning out her purses...yes, all of them had several half sticks of gum. They were old and cracked when unwrapped & fuzzy w purse lint & tissue on that one torn off end. I laughed so hard with the tears. Makes me wanna get a pack of Juicy Fruit & eat a half stick. "Dis fo you, Momma!" Uh and I need those waffles like rite now! Just got a waffle iron too. Let's see what i can burn up or maybe just go to "amped up" Mimosa tiiiiime!
She’s bigger & better than Food Network. They will water her down. She helps young people feel more confident in the kitchen. I’ve watched, followed, shared, subscribed and bought all the books 2x plus more ...love her long time.
Random but do you know why she took half her cookbooks down off her site? I have the carbs to curves + the bread butter & wine one but when I went to buy the juke joint one about two weeks ago it was gone & I’m so sad 😭

@@TheDanniRose please tell your team to get you a clip on lav microphone or boom cardioid mic. I used to be a huge fan but your new setup is causing your voice to sound harsh and you can hear it echoing around your kitchen's hard surfaces.
@Queen Lewis you'd love it even move if one of those two changes were made. Her older videos were a voice over which allowed her to get real close to her recording device, which in turn allows only her voice to be recorded versus background echo and other environmental sounds.

She, although extravagant & bourgeois, is a really good cook, with a strong focus on quality ingredients and superb taste. I also like Rachael Ray, her loud ass, LOL!

jamie zebra23 YAS! I was telling my daughter this morning little did I know I needed a southern black woman making cooking videos for RU-vid in my life right now. Her stories crack me/us up. I got my hubby hooked on her this morning. Someone give her a show, several shows, or one big show of cooking and talk show, and little singing, etc combined. I’ll watch it all day everyday.
