I grew up with smoked haddock . I can't get it in Canada though. At least nor on vancouver island or Nova Scotia. I miss it so much, it's great in seafood pie

Al die jare was ek "stuck" met melk poached haddock. Dink ek gaan hom maak, maar die vis flake en in meng. Sal beslis 2 birdeye chilies fyn kap en braai met die groente en uie. Dalk ook so halwe t lepel borrie. Hmmm, en miskien so halwe hand saltanas... Jy trigger nuwe gedagtes in my menu!
