This time, why not try making a delicious tofu steak using firm tofu, which is available at the Gyomu Supermarket and has excellent cost performance?
The tofu is grilled to a fragrant finish, and then mixed with the spicy and refreshing yuzu kosho butter ponzu sauce to add a rich and appetizing flavor.
This is a hearty dish that goes well with rice, but it's also healthy, so it's recommended for those on a diet.
Another great point is that you can save time by using the microwave to drain the water.

[Ingredients]
1 block of firm tofu
1/2 teaspoon of yuzu kosho
2 tablespoons of ponzu sauce
10g butter
Salad oil, as needed
Chopped green onions, as needed
[How to make]
1. Wrap the firm tofu in kitchen paper, place a weight on it, and heat it in the microwave (200W) for 5 minutes, then drain the water.
2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
3. Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry the surface of the tofu until fragrant.
4. Mix the yuzu kosho and ponzu sauce together and add butter.
5. When the tofu is fragrant, turn off the heat, add 4 and simmer until the surface is coated.
6. When plated, top with chopped green onions.
