Ohhh, they look delicious! I love both Mackerel and Salmon Patties. However, I think I love Mackerel Patties the best. I must Tuna this recipe.

Well, Chef Jen, you must be reading my mind. I have heard of these, but I didn’t have a good recipe for them. Tah Dah-Here you are with one. First, a tuna fish sandwich is my all time favorite sandwich. I absolutely love them. This recipe is so simple to do. We always used albocore tuna since it is the very best. I heard that you mentioned mackeral. Mama never used that. She always said that it is a poor man’s salmon. She said that it is just plain nasty, so we never used it. I can tell that, if a person makes salmon croquettes, they can make these. That is a very good thing. With me never having these, I just know that they are a beast. I will be making these so very soon. Thanks, Chef Jen. Great and easy recipe idea. You have done it again. You come up with excellent recipe ideas. A thumbs way up for you. BTW- I got the joke and I had to laugh! Keep the recipes coming. Best wishes always! Peace.

@@malsker0306 - Oh, I am so sorry for the delay in response to your comment. I was charging my IPAD. Yes, Mama did say that mackerel was of the utmost nasty! We NEVER used it our home. Mama didn’t care if it was $.25 a can! No way. It was either salmon or nothing at all. I have an excellent recipe, which I perfected when I lived in Nashville, Tennessee. It is perfection. Lisa always seem to think that her salmon croquettes are better than mine. THEY ARE NOT!!! Like I commented, I will be making this tuna recipe soon, like within the week. Thanks, Chef! Peace.
