Well, Chef Jenn, this recipe is a hoot! First of all, believe me when I tell you that I have NEVER had SPAM in my 59 years of living. Mama always said that it was “dog meat”. She never messed with it. Consequently, I never ate it! However, your recipe gave me pause. This recipe seems like something a family would make on a budget. I just can’t imagine what this must taste like. It is somewhat interesting. Now, you say, “ Don’t knock it until you try it”. That may be very good advice. Honestly, this recipe seems like something that inmates might make in a prison. Sad to say! Chef Jenn, I am going to try it! I will make it and put it over rice. If I like it, I have another low budget dinner idea. If I hate it, I will file it in “ File 13 (the garbage). It seems worth a try. I guess you never know. This recipe really demands that I keep an open mind or keep the trash top open. One taste will prove which way I go. I truly do like new things. This is new to me! Well, Chef Jen, I can go for this dish. This is a twist to the traditional recipe for cabbage rolls. This recipe looks enticing. I love dishes that use rice, as this one does. Using ground beef also makes me take notes. This dish is indeed a casserole recipe, and a damn good one. It looks so inviting for anyone to taste. I bet the smell is out of this world. This dish with a good tossed salad would be a perfect meal. Mama’s favorite vegetable was cabbage. She loved that green vegetable. She would have loved this dish. Hands down! Good choice again, Jenn. Oh, I have to try some of that “made at home” barbeque sauce that your hubby makes. I would love to give it a taste test! So, the hubby likes to grill? I hate grilling. Well, Chef Jenn, I am so sorry for the delay. Forgive me AGAIN!!! Now, as far as the recipe goes, I am a big fan of salmon. When I think of salmon, I always think of salmon croquettes, one of my favorite foods. This recipe gives me another option when using salmon. Good idea. I like the fact that everything was cooked in the microwave. A huge plus. What a nice assortment of ingredients that you used. I have NEVER cooked with coconut milk before. Everything seemed that it all blended so nicely together. The finished product looked so good. Also, you put the finished salmon on a bed of rice. I loves me some rice (I think that I must be Asian to a certain degree). LOL. I just know that this must melt in a person’s mouth. It, I am sure, is a dish that one must savor to the last bite. Well, Chef Jenn, this looked very tempting. I have never had this before ( that will change once I make it). I just know that this must smell heavenly. YOU whipped it together faster than a two bit gambler in a house full of slot machines. Those sweet potatoes must set this recipe off in a good way! I love the color of this cornbread. It’s different! Kind of a burnt orange color. Through it all, the taste is what truly matters. I just know that this is delish. Just another one of your recipes that I must make. Well, Chef Jenn, YOU have outdid yourself AGAIN!!!! I love, love hash browns, especially those loaded hash browns. I always have (Did I fail to mention that I and carbs have not ever had a great relationship? Ah, who gives a damn? Not I, for the most part)! The way that you slapped this together leaves much more time for other things. To have the cheese in these hash browns has moved them from ordinary to heavenly. A HUGE PLUS. Sorry for the delay! Well, Chef Jenn, these look amazing. I usually don’t mess with ground turkey because of the smell, as well as, the bland taste. However, you have given me a good reason to try ground turkey again. This recipe is incredibly simple. I would even go further and use these with spaghetti and spaghetti sauce. I don’t eat it from restaurants or anywhere for that matter. I pretty much despise it (Mama loved it, and it was one of her favorites). I must admit that your preparation seemed simple enough. Well, Chef Jenn, this recipe got my full attention. I absolutely love, love ice cream. It is my all-time favorite dessert. The world would be a place that I would want to live in with no ice cream. This recipe wasn’t really that bad, as far as, preparation. It seemed quite simple. The choice to make a cherry chip, I feel, was a good one. It’s a flavor that I do love, also. You have used a recipe that the average person would not mind using. The finished product looked like it came from the grocery store. I would not have known that this ice cream was homemade. It never came to me to use them into a pasta dish. You have given me a good idea. Pasta salads have always been a deal breaker for me. However, I would love to try this one. Well, Chef Jenn, I love this simple recipe. First of all, I try not to eat too much pork. However, pork chops have always been a favorite of mine. I must admit that you chose some very healthy-looking pork chops to use(LOL). Those potatoes on the bottom are a good idea. The cream of onion soup and gravy mix being spoon onto those chops made my mouth water. Seeing them baking in the oven, made me weak in the knees. Your finished product looked simply amazing. I would make these and place them on a bed of white rice. I would make sure to spoon that gravy mix all over the chops on my plate. Delicious, I just know! Another winner! Thanks! BTW- your joke made me laugh! I was just a little naughty because I imagined me being the man in the joke.
