yes...he makes rapidly the mayonaisse,because he has a very good quality and natural(bio) olive oil! If u use sun-flower oil,wich is less thinner then the olive oil,which is thicker,because is cold pressed one! In one day,my mom was make mayonaisse with sun-flower thin-cheap-bad oil,because that one have in the house in that moment,with a food processor,u know and in 30 minutes she was finish it!! Very long time,right So...for good and fast mayo,we need to use extra-virgine olive oil,cold pressed one!! Cheers!
