Hello, I had this type of doughnut back when I was in Italy and in the month of Ramadan I would go mosque to break my fast so there used to be this brother who was from Nigeria and gosh he made this type of doughnut for everyone and brought it to mosque and ever since trying it for the first time fell in love with it and now after 6 years in England back in the month of Ramadan trying to look for that recipe and here I find it, Thank you so much sister🙂🙂🙂🙂

This came out very well the first time we tried it was very very sticky even after trying to knead it but maybe it was because we were doing it without measuring cups😅 but the second time it came out way better we were actually able to make it well and it was delicious but our yeast was not as thick as yours when proofed ours was like watery. What brand yeast did you use? You should give brands for the products you use. Thank you me and my family loved this❤

These came out amazing! Thank you for the excellent step by step instructions. Just remember to turn a few times when you first place them in the oil, otherwise they puff on one side and won't flip over.
