Love how you say " don't want to go too heavy on the salt," then pour it in. Veggie soups are so good aren't they... real easy to make with any veg we have in. Love your pumpkin bisque.... Take care 🙂

I actually think the heavy cream MAKES this tasty pumpkin soup/bisque. It’s velvety and deep in flavors and yes…the cheesy grilled cheese os so good with this! Love it Graham!

How many cups of fresh pumpkin rather than the canned?

What kind of fresh pumpkin are we talking about here? Uncooked rind on? If I was going to use uncooked pumpkin to start I would probably go by weight and use something like a pound to a pound and a half!
