How to make an easy Pumpkin Crunch recipe
This recipe is like a dump cake recipe where you mix everything all together and bake it. I like this because it is not too complicated. This is good for holidays or if you're just craving n awesome pumpkin dessert
Things you need
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin pie pure
1 can evaporated milk
2tsp pumpkin pie spice
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup pecans chopped
1 cup butter melted
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Grease a 9X13 baking pan
3. Mix pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, and pumpkin spice in a large bowl
4. Spread mixture on the pan
5. Sprinkle mixture with 1 box of cake mix
6. Follow it with crushed pecan
7. Melt the butter
8. Drizzle melted butter over the mixture
9. Bake 350 degrees F for 1 hour
