Mine did not solidify after 40mins, it was still very wet. Pls what is the quantity of water in milligramme that you used to mix the gelatine, also did you use hot water to mix the sugar first before boiling it and what is the quantity of the water in milligram. Urgently waiting for reply, thanks.
40mins in the Fridge is just minimal time depending on the fridge. But you can also try the freezer it's faster. Yes i used HOT WATER. It's best so that the sugar will dissolve well & also it helps gelatine combine well
