HOW TO MAKE EGG STEW KENYAN STYLE| SCRAMBLED EGGS| MAYAI WA KUKAANGA 

Its a good recipe. Basically similar to an American Western Omelette, but in Scrambled Egg form AND raised to a much higher level with the addition of the Tomatoes, Garlic and Coriander, plus Cumin to taste and now that, said and done, is Truth spoken. Of course, those who despise Coriander, simply swap it out with your favorite Herb, or simply just delete the Coriander. As a chef, I always think and there are also a million more things you can add as per your taste.
