A couple of things I would recommend. 1. Use a regular mouth mason jar with a silicone nipple lid. This will allow the gas to escape while the garlic is fermenting in the honey. 2. Crush the garlic before you put it into the honey. This will allow the crushed garlic to infuse much quicker with the honey. 3. Once a day shake up the jar and turn the honey. Hope that helps!
I made this months back, looking at your video. It does help with cold n flu, our family takes this as soon as they feel they are getting impacted by weather n feel throat irritation etc. it helps greatly with immunity. Thanks. Making second batch now.

@@maxkendall1298is commonly said that honey should not be kept in the freezer, but when fermenting ginger and garlic with honey, you need to freeze it after 1 month to prevent it from becoming sour or developing mold. However, you have had garlic outside for 2 years. Shouldn't it be sour? Please advise.

Hi mam. My 6 year old has enlarged adenoids problem, and recently got to know both garlic and honey are best home remedies. Will surely try this! But can we give this to children? And do they have to eat the garlic?
Hello! First of all, I am not a doctor. Secondly, you CANNOT give honey to a baby under 12 months old. My opinion is that you can give this to anyone, but it will taste pretty garlicky. If you give it to a child just start with the honey only. Lastly, even though you can eat this in 30 days, it is best to ferment much longer in order to get all of the healthy benefits. God’s Blessings to all who use food for medicines🙏🏻
