***Feta Cheese Ingredients:
2 Gallons Milk
3/4 Tablet Rennet ( dissolved in cool water )
1/8th tea, Lipase Powder ( dissolved in cool water )
1/2 tea. Mesophilic Culture OR 1 1/2 Cups Homemade Culture
1 Tea Calcium Chloride
***Brine
4 Cups Warm Whey
4 Cups Spring Water
1/2 tea. Calcium Chloride
2 Cups Sea Salt, Fine, cheese... ( non iodized )
