I usually put the ground cinnamon in the Melitta paper filter first, then the ground coffee. It's delicious!

Starbucks uses (according to their website) a “marshmallow-infused whip cream” for their s’mores frappes. If you haven’t tried it, it is SO GOOD. And I don’t even LIKE s’mores, but this stuff is a game changer. 🙌 Hard to describe, there’s still a denseness from the marshmallow but it’s light enough that you can suck it through a straw. But I think whipping marshmallow fluff into whip cream is the way to go, if it’s feasible.

It tasted sooo good! I think next time, I'll try dunking a whole toasted marshmallow in a hot beverage so that it really soaks up the coffee.

I was wondering how you were going to do the Orange Chocolate. Another thing to maybe try would be to figure out a way to have peanut butter, maybe in a milkshake with the coffee?

I love peanut butter! I was thinking that using a shaker or even a blender could yield some interesting results. A coffee milkshake sounds amazing. Maybe Il'l have to make a part 2...

I'm good with all dairy alternatives, personally. I find that oat meal has a stronger flavour than the rest so it really just depends on my mood + what other flavours are in the coffee.

They're similar! Vietnamese iced coffee typically uses a drip method that is less involved than the pour over/flash brew method. And it has condensed milk, which tastes amaaazing
