I tried this Chef Emily just now and it is so perfect, fluffy, soft and airy. Super worth it and 1 1/2 hours na proofing haha. I made half of each ingredients and able to make 16pcs. Thanks for sharing this recipe and will definitely looking forward for more from you. Thank you ;)

Just woke up and have breakfast ....ito nkita ko agad pg open ko ng you tube Ensaymada with cream cheese. Nice one mam e try ko ito dhil laging may cream cheese ref nmin. Masubukan nga. Tanx mam emily .

Hi chef. Thank u so much for the very inspiring video. Wla po ako alam sa pagbake but tried to watch some since naglockdown but upon seeing ur video sobrang nainspire ako to try kc very specific at clear lahat ng step by step procedure and to top it all nagbibigay kp ng alternative kung d available ang 1 ingredient. Amazing chef pangalawang beses p lng ako naka watch s inyo g channel pero humanga n ko agad. Finally nakahanap n dn ako ng chef n magaling. Una ko n watch yung ube cheese pandesal. 2 thumbs up chef emili and thank you for sharing.

Thank you chef for this recipe ...after how many tries of different ensaynada recipes.....i finally found the perfect ensaymada recipe...pandagdag sa small cake business ko..super soft and delicious..lahat ng pinatikim ko nasarapan..thank you again chef..looking forward po ako sa iba pang recipe nanisheshare niyo. Kahit wala ako stand mixer .un hand mixer at manual ang ginawa ko lag huminto si mixer kase napapagod manomano ko..after 5 mins pwede nan ulit c mixer.. Hopefully makabili dn ng stand mixer para mas easy na pag gawa ng ensaymada and breads. God bless po.

Chef emily.ang sarap po ng ensaymada. Sinubukan ko po ngaun..sobrang lambot po sya at ang sarap po..isasama ko po sya s mga ibebenta ko...malaking tulong po ito sa mga katulad kong nag uumpisa pa lang..many thanks po .God bless u

Salamat po chef sa another knowledge nanaman na shinare nyo.. Maraming2 salamat po sana po marami pa kaung matulungan bakers homebakers tulad ko.. Dame ko pong nalaman sa inyo.. Dahil sa inyo napasmooth ang ube cheese pandesal ko na ung una eh tumitigas pag nkalipas ang 1 araw.. Salamat po ulet

Hi Chef, thank you for this recipe. I was your student in. EMF and attending your class made a difference in the cakes i do. I had been following you ever since and now that i have ventured into baking breads, i am glad na mayroon po kayong mga tutorials for bread which can help a lot in my homebaking business. Hi Chef Emily! Im also a silent reader and gustong gusto ko pong ulit ulitin yung tutorial videos mo kasi I really want to try it. Yung problem is di ko siya ma try kasi yung ibang ingred like the flavorings you're using is not availble sa place namin kasi sa isang island here in Samar kami nakatira. 😊 But anyways, can I use po ba yung ordinary and usual na ginagamit na vanilla since yun lang available namin instead of FLAVORADE FRENCH VANILLA? Hi chef avid fan here,sobrang nka abang po aq sa mga free tutorial nyu,kaso hindi q pa po nasusubukan ang mga bread kasi wala po aqng stand mixer hope magkaroon dn po kayo ng bagong video sa paggawa ng mga breads by manual kneading😊takot po kasi aq magkamali lalo na po ngayon mahirap po mka bili ng mga ingredients😊.Godbless po more powers👏😊😍

Hello everyone! I would like to correct and add some details in my video: - The instructions on how to make your own bread improver can be seen in my Ube Cheese Pandesal video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-WqY0xi2wBxY.html at 2:42 - You should use 1 cup of milk for the liquid mixture instead of 3/4 cup - AFTER THE FINAL PROOFING, brush the dough with EGG WASH (1 egg + 1/2 cup of milk) - Bake the dough for 150°C Thank you!
