Kenkey is a staple swallow food from the Ga and Fante tribes in Ghana which is usually served with pepper sauce, shito and fried or grilled fish, soup or stew. It is also widely known as Komi, otim, kooboo or Dorkunu ( Nkran Dɔkono).
