Thanks for watching dear,adding butter makes it more rich and flaky,yeast is not added to a typical Ghanaian pie ok so I think you can minimise the size of the pie when rolling, you can either make it flat.....Thanks

10kg of flour please but it all depends on the size you want...if you want a bigger size then you have to use 150kg of soft flour but if it's in a smaller size then you can use just the 10kg please 😍

Did you add seasoning cube to your onions and garlic, but please taste your dough before you roll it okay

When you taste it and it's salty please add flour to it

I thought too much rolling makes the dough sticky and not crumbly when baked? True?
