Thank you. I must say that it has taken a lifetime to gather the tools. Most of the tools are very old like me. Many of them I grow up with. I started with a jig saw (which I still have) and a drill.

Use some 1” flat hinges glue and screw them in. Use a thin board for the bottom piece. Paint it the same color as the plastic.

Yes, I did make it. Sorry, I do not have a video for it I made it many years before I started doing the videos. My design was taken from many sources including the panel saw from Home Depot

This one was 3/4" However, you could make it from 1/2"

Scott Kaye . First, sharp bit. I did have a slight bit of tear out but with the router and doing a round over that solved the problem

No, the disk will fall through the hole

I did sand each one so that they were slightly smaller and then tested each to to ensure that would slide easily.

Yes, this one was 3/4". It was built for a high school that would have rough treatment.

Yes, I have sold some of these. Due to the weight I only make them locally. They are too big and weigh too much to make shipping affordable.

The original plans for the frame were on line through a2equipment.com I know that they have closed. Not sure it plans would be available. The saw platform and pipe slide was all my design and no I do not have plans. I built this several years ago long before I thought about doing RU-vid videos. Thank you for your comment

Paw Paw’s WorkShop yes I’ve gotten the plans. I had already contacted them actually. They said the plans do me no good without their kit. Their kit is no longer in production. Would be nice to see how you did yours and maybe do something like yours or get ideas from yours and make up my own 😁

That is awesome! I will get some photos of my design for you and get you started in the right direction to building your own. You do not need their kit. It is very easy to add your own. This is the best news that I have heard all day!!
