Hi, I tried to make this recipe and the dough didn’t rise at all. I used the exact same flour and yeast, and they were both just opened, so they weren’t stale. Only thing I did differently is mixing by hand instead of stand mixer. Is it necessary to use a stand mixer? Thank you!
