Godshe also known as Atol made with split chickpeas, rice and a combination of sugarcane and palm jaggery is a traditional Goan recipe which makes me nostalgic about the good old days. When growing up I remember we used to have this with black tea in the evenings. Definitely worth trying.

Ingredients:
Split Chickpeas - 1 Cup
Rice - 1 Cup
Sugarcane Jaggery - 100 gms
Palm Jaggery - 100 gms
Coconut milk - 3 cups
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Salt - As per taste
