How To Make Grated Mango Achar 

Mango preparation
2+1/2 grated green mangoes
Add 1 tsp salt to grated mango
Squeeze out the juice from the mango
Ingredients
2 whole garlic
3 large hot peppers
Blend garlic and peppers together
1/2 cup of Amchar massala
Mix all seasoning well
In a pan add 3/4 cup of mustard oil
When oil is hot add seasoning and let cook for few minutes
Add 2 tsp of salt to the seasoning
Add grated mango
Cook until done
Enjoy the Achar with a variety of different dishes
