How to make Greek Yogurt - Mayo
I LOVE mayonnaise…but I don’t love all of the calories that goes with it. What’s a health conscious adult to do?! Well, make your own version! I have a lightened up alternative to mayo that is not only good for you, but it’s also rich, creamy and so easy to make! Let’s get started!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Greek Yogurt (NON FAT- 0% FAGE)
1 EGG Yolk from HB Egg (Get at least 2 pre-cooked hard boiled eggs)
1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tsp White Wine Vinegar
½ tsp Dijon Mustard
½ tsp. Sugar
Salt
