Ingredient List:
4 lbs Boston butt
2 lbs pork fatback
2 cups green onions cut fine
2 cups white onions cut fine
1 cup celery cut fine
1/2 cup parsley cut fine
1/4 cup garlic cut fine
2 tbs salt
2 tbs cayenne pepper (or to taste)
1/4 cup fresh cracked pepper
1 tbs dried thyme
