Tom, I know you made this just for me; real Texas chili with lots of meat and NO BEANS! It's perfect for me because it's so low in carbs! I put this recipe right at the very top of my list, "Meals I Gotta Make!" Not only does it look out of this world, it's EASY too! Thanks for what you do my friend!
I'm going to fool around with this as soon as I can locate a package of ground pork.Eastern North Carolina is the land of 900 sausage varieties but not one grocery store has plain ole ground pork. Thanks for all your videos.Everything I've made following your directions gets a great reception!
Now that it's finally cooler at night here in Florida, it's time for some chili! Thanks Tom, and so glad there are no beans in it. Some do it, but in my household, it's a nono! Ty Tom, have a fab day!
I think all your ingredients sound wonderful I think just about the only thing I would like to add would be maybe two or three different types of beans. Keep up the great job with all the recipes really enjoyed them.
If you wanted to add beans when would you want to add them - Either canned or raw beans that have soaked overnight? I can't eat Chili without beans! That looks really good though, I may have to make some of that. It's started to get pretty cold here in Utah and having some chili on cold nights always hits the spot.
I really shouldn't watch your videos after midnight: now I want to go out and raid the fridge! Looks delicious, OMC...just like it should, but no saltines please...Frito's corn chips all the way! (:
