Guacamole is a delicious and popular Mexican dip made primarily from avocados. Here's a simple and classic guacamole recipe for you to try:
Ingredients:
3 ripe avocados
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for a bit of heat)
1 medium-sized onion, finely diced
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Avocados:
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
Mash the Avocados:
Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados to your desired consistency. Some people prefer chunky guacamole, while others like it smoother.
Add Lime Juice and Seasonings:
Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mashed avocados. Add salt, ground cumin, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well to combine.
Add Onion, Tomatoes, and Garlic:
Add the finely diced onion, diced tomatoes, and minced garlic to the avocado mixture. Mix thoroughly to distribute the ingredients evenly.
Adjust Seasonings:
Taste the guacamole and adjust the seasonings according to your preference. You can add more salt, lime juice, or cayenne pepper if needed.
Optional: Add Cilantro:
If you enjoy the flavor of cilantro, add chopped fresh cilantro to the guacamole and mix well.
Serve Immediately:
Guacamole is best served fresh. If not serving immediately, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface of the guacamole to minimize browning. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve the guacamole with tortilla chips, sliced veggies, or as a topping for tacos, nachos, or any Mexican-inspired dish.
Tips:
Choose ripe avocados for the best flavor and texture. A ripe avocado should yield to gentle pressure when squeezed.
Customize the guacamole to your liking by adding ingredients like diced jalapeños, diced red bell pepper, or a pinch of ground black pepper.
If you want to make it ahead, store the guacamole in an airtight container with plastic wrap directly on the surface to prevent oxidation. It's best consumed within a day for optimal freshness.

I Love ur channel & have tried some of your recipes. However, I have a WAY BETTER RECIPE for Guacamole!! That is just too generic for me!
