Thanks Ojuolape. Can you make it with just the red millet , without the cassava flour bcs of its high GI? Maybe pyslium powder can be the binder instead of cassava flour. Can you try it plz?
You can't make only the Guinea corn because it can't get thick to form a swallow. The purpose of the cassava flour is to thicken to form into ball. The red Guinea corn is the best.

Pls can the guinea corn and elubo lafun be grinded together? Like 50/50 mixture or 30/70 as i do with oat and lafun ,plantain and lafun? The texture is so fine for the oat and plantain.. I equally added some lafun to the rice flour too but always grind then together at the mill.

You can mix them together or pack them separately. Make sure to write descriptions on your label. Calculate your cost of production and add you profit.
