Hey Shirani! It’s been a little while since I’ve had any extra time to watch videos. These look absolutely delicious! I’m trying to slim down, so I’m staying away from flour for a little bit. These look like they would make awesome Boudin Breakfast Tacos! You are very welcome. I've never had cassava bread, so I don't know how to compare to that. To me, it tastes just like flour tortillas, just a little gummy.

You could probably get the fresh ones in Florida. It tastes similar to potato Debbie.

what happens if I use fresh cassava? We grow it in our yard, so I would try doing this recipe with our own harvested cassava. But you mentioned you don't have luck with fresh and buy frozen instead. is there a reason it doesn't work well with fresh cassava?

I'm thinking this would be even nicer with cassava you grow in your yard. The reason I don't like the fresh cassava here is because they are not really fresh. They've been in the store a long time. When you cut one open, they usually have black specks and lines, or they are discolored.
