-Pork loin - 150g

-Pointed cabbage - 300g
-Leek - 50g
-Garlic - 5g
-Ginger - 5g
Seasoning for meat
-White wine - 1 Tbsp
-Toasted sesame oil - 1.5 Tbsp
-Soy sauce - 2 tsp
-Nuoc-mâm (fish sauce) - 1 tsp
-Sugar - 1 tsp
-Pepper - A pinch
For cooking (For 10pcs)
-Sunflower oil - 2 tsp
-Toasted sesame oil - 2 tsp
-Hot water - 100ml
Disgorge the cabbage
-Salt - 1 tsp
