Ingredients
3/4 to 1 lbs Beef sliced thin
1 medium to large onion
1 egg per person
1 inch of ginger grated
150 ml Dashi Stock
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp sake
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp sugar
(if using 1 lbs of meat, add 1/4 more of each liquid ingredient)
Garnish
Green Onion diced
