I'm not overly familiar with CAD software at all and I spent AGES trying to find a solution for what I was trying to do... your video showed my just how simple what I was trying to do really is, so THANK YOU SO MUCH!
that was easy but sure not many knows basics. I am wondering how to do the same but the hole is angled, 45 deg in that instance. It is not that easy. How to do it? PLEASE.... can not find any idea over YT and google itself. cheers
Definitely a bit tricky but doable! You need to make a new plane at an angle. Right click on a side of your shape, then click offset plane. In that menu, select angle and set the angle you want (45 degrees). Now make a circle on that angled plane and extrude. Hope this helps!
